  • How does this site work?
    Navigate thru each section and choose a service, attraction, activity and/or product you like to add to your itinerary, verify your shopping cart list and proceed to check out, select payment method, followed by review & place order. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order / itinerary request.
  • When should I start my itinerary?
    Considering how many persons are joining, we recommend the following: 11pax - more: 20 to 11 business days prior to your check in date. 1 - 10pax: 10 to 5 business days prior to your check in date. Express Service: 4 to 2 business days prior to your check in date. Contact us thru chat or email info@conciergeensenada.com and let us know your travelling agenda.
  • How much can I visit per day?
    There are different ways to enjoy your stay in Ensenada, we can recommend the following: 3 Wineries / Breweries, 2 Restaurants (lunch and dinner) Activity (air, water or land), 2 Restaurants (lunch and dinner), 2 Breweries / Wineries
  • Can you book me a hotel room?
    Yes, we have a gallery of options to consider for your stay in Ensenada, we’ll be glad to make hotel reservations for you, to see options please go to the Drive & Stay section and select Lodging.
  • Do you have transportation service?
    Yes, to add transportation to your itinerary please go to the Drive & Stay section and select Transportation. Before adding it to your Shopping Cart consider that Quantity is for the number of vehicles.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept different payment methods, please consider according to the following: Bank Deposit: from 5 to 11 business days between purchase and check in date. PayPal: for more than 12 business days between purchase and check in date. This method requires adding a 7% (PayPal’s commission) to the total amount of your purchase.
